The Foot Massage Board inSPORTline Ashiqua is an accessory for an inner foot acupressure point massage. At first, it is recommended to massage the feet with a soft circular motion or gentle pressure while seated. In so doing, one selects the optimum pressure of the elastic massage nodules on your feet. When in need of a more intense massage, one can step on the board and put pressure on your feet, from the heel to the tip. If the pressure is too much, put on socks. However, the massage is more effective if you are barefoot. The massage stimulates the immune system, blood circulation and activates nerve endings and zones which are important for the proper functioning of organs.
